These have been a life saver. I have been taking this product for the past two months and noticed a greater sense of well being. I am an avid lifter and when I take these, my joints don’t hurt. I tend to cycle off supplements and took a 3.5 week hiatus and I definitely noticed the difference; never again. In terms of the ingredients this product is super convenient. I used to take Vit. D from Thorne, along with ALA and other stuff, which needless to say gets pricy; I used to spend well over $100 alone on those supplements. Kelechi is a true man of science! Everything he put into this formula is there for a reason and they all work so well together! I have been ordering 2 bottles of this at a time ever since it first came out and have been extremely happy with how it has kept me from getting sick! I have 3 kids (ages 4-7) and they are always coming home with something or another from school, but with the Immune Energizer in my system every day, I feel like that has a HUGE effect on why I am not catching anything from them.
I currently take 3 pills a day, every day, which I know is under the recommended dosage, but it has worked very well for me. If I do feel a slight sore throat coming on, I up the dose immediately to the recommended amount and within a day or two the sore throat (that I thought was about to turn into a cold) is already gone.
